I’m Ellen - psychologist, facilitator and leadership development specialist based in Ballarat, Victoria.

I work with organisations and leaders who want to build trust, reconnect their people, and lead with clarity, especially in complex or messy situations.

    Culture is messy, human and often unspoken. These sessions provide a structured, facilitated way to:

    • Co-create simple next steps toward a more positive culture

    Ideal if you’re hearing murmurs of disengagement, burnout or confusion - and want to act before things escalate.

    Sometimes you just need someone to hold the space - to guide a tough conversation, shape a co-design process, or help your team work through the murkiness together.

    It’s for those holding space for others while trying to stay grounded themselves. People who want to lead with integrity and clarity, without having to pretend they’ve got it all figured out.
